Actively search for and rescue Pit Bulls in kill shelters who have a limited time left and are unlikely to be adopted.

Bullies in Paradise
Tim Sortor is the owner and director of Bullies in Paradise, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in California that rescues and rehabilitates Pit Bulls. Tim is a Marine Corps veteran who served in Kuwait during Desert Storm. He experienced military service related trauma and other injuries during his service, but he found solace in his first Pit Bull dog, Pepper.
Tim founded Bullies in Paradise with a mission to destroy the stigma around the Pit Bull breed. He believes that Pit Bulls are loving and loyal dogs who deserve a chance at a good life. Bullies in Paradise actively selects and rescues Pit Bulls from kill shelters. The organization provides the dogs with medical care, training, and socialization. Once the dogs are ready, they are placed in loving homes.
Tim is a passionate advocate for Pit Bulls. He believes that every dog deserves a second chance, and he is committed to making a difference in the lives of these amazing animals.
